#Production Process (Coco Caves)
Selection based on diameter
Meticulously inspect each shell and reject those that do not meet our criteria, over 70% of shells are rejected during this stage.
Cleaning & wash
To eliminate any unwanted substances and pests, we thoroughly clean and wash the shells, leaving them pristine and ready for further processing.
Removal of outer & inner layer
To prevent the development of bacteria & diseases, meticulously scrape and remove the inner & outer layer, guaranteeing a hygienic and safe product.
Deep washing
The shells are once again subjected to a thorough deep washing process to maintain the highest level of cleanliness.
Manual drawing of designs
Our skilled artisans manually draw intricate designs on the shells, taking into consideration their unique shapes and sizes.
Cutting shapes using power tools
The drawn designs are then carefully cut using precision power tools, ensuring that each shape is accurately crafted.
Boiling to guarantee cleanliness
The coco shell cave is immersed in water for a duration of 30 minutes boiling process in a 100°C boiler, effectively eliminating any remaining impurities.
Fumigation
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene, a meticulous fumigation process is carried out. This step guarantees that the item is free from any potential contaminants
